Partial Wedding Planning

 Package pricing starts at $5,500

Most Vendors are booked and you're looking for help to create the full picture. Roughly 6 months before the wedding day!
Full/ Partial Wedding Design-Down to the smallest details, I will ensure your vision comes to life. With my expertise I plan to go above and beyond to give you the wedding you have always dreamed of! This is YOUR DAY! -Color Scheme-Floral Design- Stationery- Signage-Etc!

Wedding planning checklist 

I will be mapping out the next 6 months prior to your wedding to keep everything on track! You will receive a monthly checklist from me as well to keep an eye on how the planning is going and where we are at in the process.

Pre-wedding consultations/Meetings

We will go over all the fine details and create a vision board! From there I will work with your vendors and you to make your vision come to life! We will meet in person each month to go stay on track! You will be able to call or text me at any time during this process!
I will make sure there is nothing we are missing and all payments are correct and scheduled on time.

Organization

I will attend any venue meetings to go over where you would like everything and how to turn the space and every corner into what you envision!
  • Supplying any needed vendor recommendations. I have a very large vendor list and can help to fill any gaps if you are looking for specific vendors. I will also be sending you a vendor checklist.
  • Vendor contract reviews. I am going to review all contracts and work to budget in any areas with you if need be 
  • We will go over every part of the wedding in fine detail together. I will be working with your vendors and working on a specific vendor timeline with them to ensure everyone is on time and knows where things are going and what needs to be picked up after the event.
  • Seating Chart Organization/Etc.
  • If you need help with creating a wedding day shot list for your photographer I can assist as well.
  • Processional/Recessional Information/Music organization

Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline

  • I will put together a wedding day timeline for you to have as well as one for your groomsmen so they  are in the loop of when things are going on. I will have this timeline in great detail.
  • Don't worry...I will finalize all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding. I will handle your vendors and ensure they receive the proper information and are on track months leading up to your wedding. All information will be add to your checklist leading up to the wedding.
  • I will be on site to help facilitate your wedding ceremony rehearsal (If needed). All venues do ceremony rehearsals differently! We can do the ceremony however you would like.

Day of Coordination & Content Creation is included with this package!

Wedding Day Coordination

Having a wedding day coordinator is designed to ensure that your special day unfolds seamlessly, allowing you to focus on creating beautiful memories and celebrating your love with family and friends.

Pre-Wedding Consultation: Prior to your big day, we will schedule a consultation to discuss all the details you have meticulously planned, including vendor contracts, timelines, seating arrangements, and any other important elements. This conversation will help me gain a comprehensive understanding of your vision, allowing me to execute your plans flawlessly.

Detailed Timeline Creation: I will create a comprehensive timeline for your wedding day, incorporating every aspect from the arrival of vendors and bridal party preparations to the ceremony, reception, and beyond. This timeline will serve as the roadmap, ensuring that all events unfold smoothly and in a timely manner.

Vendor Coordination: I will communicate with all your vendors prior to your wedding day, confirming their arrival times, setup requirements, and any specific requests or details. I will be the main point of contact for vendors on the day of the event, allowing you to relax and enjoy the festivities.
Ceremony and Reception Management: I will be present on-site to oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception spaces, ensuring that everything is executed according to your vision. From coordinating the processional and recessional to managing the flow of events during the reception, I will handle all the logistical aspects, allowing you and your loved ones to fully immerse yourselves in the joyous atmosphere.


Troubleshooting and Emergency Preparedness: While I anticipate that everything will go according to plan, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise. Rest assured, I am well-versed in troubleshooting and can swiftly address any issues that may emerge. I also come prepared with a wedding day emergency kit to tackle any minor mishaps that could potentially occur.

Content Creation

2025/2026 Pricing

Keep in mind this can be for any event, not just your wedding day! I will be taking content on your personal phone as well as mine. I am your personal paparazzi for the day alongside your photographer and videographer! In our initial meeting the month before your wedding we will go over all the finer details and specific shots you want on wedding day. My goal is to ensure you have so many pictures and videos to look at when you get home that night!

 This package is pretty much the partial planning + design package but for other types of events! Planning starts anywhere between 6 to 4 months before the event. 
 It is all about bringing together different aspects to create amazing and unforgettable events! We will pick the perfect venue,  I will create a timeline for the event, manage your budget wisely, find the best catering and entertainment options, take care of all the logistical details, send out invitations, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event! It’s going to require excellent communication, a sharp eye for details, and the ability to solve any issues that come up along the way. I can assure you are going to have the event of your DREAMS!
